Amplify Impact Consulting, led by seasoned nonprofit executive Heidi Weaver-Smith, specializes in fueling the growth of missions that change lives. Since 2011, Heidi has driven transformative results for community-based organizations across Ohio, serving in executive leadership, marketing, development, and fundraising roles. She has successfully guided three nonprofits from founding to full operation and advised many start-ups in their pursuit of sustainable impact.

With a strong track record in advancing missions serving LGBTQIA+ communities, low-income children and families, and faith-based initiatives, Heidi brings both vision and practical expertise to resource-strapped organizations. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges nonprofits face—especially in the start-up stage—shapes her tailored development and communication strategies that unlock funding, amplify reach, and accelerate mission impact.
