Our Fees

Amplify Impact Consulting is passionate about equipping non-profit missions of all sizes, including those who can't yet afford dedicated development or marketing staff. We are happy to provide our services on an on-going part-time or project-basis to fit the needs of your team. With sliding scale fees based on your annual budget, we offer affordable services that will fuel your success, build your funding pipeline, and support your growth without depleting your resources.

Who We Are

Amplify Impact Consulting is led by Heidi Weaver-Smith, a non-profit executive with a proven track-record of success in developing non-profit missions. Since 2011, Heidi has served local non-profit missions in executive leadership roles as well as marketing, development, and fundraising roles. Heidi has led three nonprofits through completing the startup/founding process and has served and consulted with a variety of community-based missions throughout Ohio. With deep experience growing missions serving the LGBTQIA+ community, low-income children and families, and faith-based initiatives, Heidi is passionate about amplifying the impact of resource-depleted missions that are making a meaningful difference for the most underserved communities. With a deep understanding for the challenges start-ups face, Heidi offers a variety of development and communication consulting services to fuel growth for missions of all sizes.
